Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with you purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to replace, exchange or re-imburse you for the item(s). Simply mail the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice back to us. We would appreciate a detailed comment as to the reason for return so please print and complete the exchange / return form below.
returns policy
Should you want to return your purchase for exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition, be unused, unworn and have all labels intact. The item(s) must be mailed within 7 days of delivery to your address. tribu recommends sending returns via Registered Post for security and speed. Please note that tribu does not accept responsibility for merchandise that is damaged or lost en route to us. For this reason, please be sure to pack the item(s) you wish to return carefully and send the package by a prepaid, insured and traceable method, together with a returns form to the address below:

faulty items
Items will be inspected by our Quality Control department and if the item(s) are deemed faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, tribu will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion free of additional postage and handling charges. If the item(s) returned are not deemed faulty the item will not qualify for an exchange or refund they will be re-delivered to the original address at no additional charge. tribu does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged good en route and strongly recommends the use of a secure delivery service.
change of mind returns
Customers who wish to make a change of mind return will be issued with a credit note to the value of the original purchase price. Should you change your mind please return the item(s) in original packaging, with tags still attached and in an ‘as new’ condition, within 7 days of receipt. tribu will not accept goods which have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Additional re-delivery postage and handling charges will apply for any exchange. tribu does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged good en route and strongly recommends the use of a secure delivery service.
